General Conditions of Sale and Transport
Before making your reservation, we recommend that you read our general conditions to ensure a safe and trouble-free travel experience.

Reservations and Service Confirmation
- Reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability of places.
- Payment for the service will be made at the time of booking through our secure payment system.
- Shared taxi seats are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the booking process is complete.
- Last Minute Bookings: We try to accommodate all travelers, but we recommend booking early to ensure service.
Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellations with refund: Cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip.
- Cancellations with penalty: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a charge of 50% of the trip amount will be applied.
- Date and time changes: Changes can be made up to 12 hours before the trip, always subject to availability.
- No-show: If the passenger does not show up at the pick-up point, the service fee will not be refunded.
If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Conditions of Transport
- Meeting point: Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port or the pick-up point agreed upon in the reservation.
- Allowed luggage: Each passenger can carry one backpack and one carry-on bag at no additional cost.
- Safety and rules of coexistence:
- The use of seat belts is mandatory.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Please be punctual so as not to affect the service planning.
